This coin features The Tola is a term for a weight used in ancient times. Tola is a Vedic measure, with the name derived from the Sanskrit tol, meaning ‘weighing’ or ‘weight.’ Tola represents the weight of 100-Ratti (ruttee or gunja) seeds, This coin is only available within India and is extremely hard to get outside of the country,, but I have them here.  These coins are truly a piece of art, not a piece of silver.
