What is the buying process?

At first, sign in as a new customer. Choose the products you want to buy and place them in your cart. It’s that simple. Provide your details and Check out.

Live pricing on our website allows our customers to purchase 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

How do you ship or deliver my purchase?

Shipping is via Australia Post with Tracking.

Most orders are shipped from 4 hours up to 2 days after receipt of payment. You will receive an email with a tracking link.

Costs for Australia: Flat rate $8.95, Rest of the World: $23.95.

Orders can be combined, and shipping costs paid only once for several combined orders.

How do you handle returns?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, simply post the item back and we will provide a refund less postage costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are your photographs of the actual item I am purchasing?

We have shown up to four pictures of our products to honestly represent the true condition of the products you are purchasing. We do not use generic pictures stolen from Retailers or the WEB to dishonestly represent our products.
